Roderick S. Kent, M.D. is a graduate of St. Louis University.
Dr. Kent completed his ophthalmology residency through the U.S.
Navy Regional Medical Center, Oakland, CA. He is a member of the
American Academy of Ophthalmology and has been practicing in Coeur
d' Alene since 1981. Dr. Kent is a General Ophthalmologist with
special interest in Glaucoma. |

Patrick J. Parden, M.D. Is a graduate of the Mayo Medical
School. His ophthalmology residency was completed at the University
of Michigan. Dr. Parden is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology
and has been practicing General ophthalmology in Coeur d' Alene
since 1984. |

Stephen Moss, M.D. is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin
Medical School. He completed a three year ophthalmology residency
at the University of Wisconsin. He also served two years with the
U.S. Navy. He is a fellow in the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Moss has been in practice in Coeur d' Alene since 1976, with
the exception of 1981-1984 when he served as a consultant Ophthalmologist
in Jamica. Dr. Moss is a General Ophthalmologist. |

Justin StormoGipson, M.D. completed his
ophthalmology-surgical training at Stanford. He is a graduate of Dartmouth
Medical School in Hanover, New Hampshire, and is a member of the American
Academy of Ophthalmology. He has been practicing in Coeur d' Alene since
1991 and does volunteer eye surgery in Central America every year.
Dr. StormoGipson is a general ophthalmologist with special interest in
cataract and oculoplastic surgery, as well as pediatric eye care. He now
also offers ocular injections for wet macular degeneration.

Tad Buckland, M.D. began his general ophthalmology practice with North Idaho Eye Institute on September 4, 2007. Originally from Connecticut, Dr. Buckland completed his Residency in Ophthalmology at the Albany Medical Center Hospital in Albany, New York (Lions Eye Institute). He received a Master's and Doctor of Medicine at the Boston University School of Medicine. Dr. Buckland has a strong interest and skilled training in a variety of surgeries including cataracts and oculoplastic surgery. A unique service he offers our patients is ocular injections for macular degeneration (when appropriate).

NEW *Alison M. Granier, M.D. * NEW
Alison Granier, M.D. is the newest member of the North Idaho Eye Clinic joining the team in August of 2010.
A native of Coeur d' Alene, Granier returns home following completion of her ophthalmology-surgical training
at the University of California, Davis. Dr. Granier is a graduate of the University of Washington School
of Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. She will be practicing as a general
ophthalmologist, with a special interest in pediatrics and oculoplastics. She also will be among the providers
offering intravitreal injections and therapeutic Botox when medically indicated.

John C. Weisel, O.D. is an optometrist
and graduate of Linfield College in Oregon. After receiving his
Optometry degree from Pacific University, Dr. Weisel spent three
years as an Optometrist with the U.S. Army. Dr. Weisel is a valuable
addition to the practice specializing in contact lens care and young
adult healthy eye care. |

David A. Wold, M.D. is a graduate of the University of Washington
School of Medicine. His ophthalmology residency was also completed
at the University of Washington. Earlier studies included a Doctor
of Optometry from Pacific University, Oregon. He is a member of
the American Academy of Ophthalmology and has been practicing in
Coeur d' Alene since 1972. Dr. Wold is a General Ophthalmologist. |

Roy Toyama, M.D. is a graduate of the Universtiy of Minnesota Medical
School and completed his ophthalmology residency through the University
of Minnesota. Dr. Toyama established the Coeur d' Alene Eye Clinic
in 1966. While he attempted retirement, he has returned to a limited
practice in General Clinical Opthalmology. |
