How much do glasses cost?

The costs of glasses vary depending on the options you choose. We have options that start as low as $100.00.

Can I use my own frame?

YES! We can manufacture lenses for most frame styles without keeping your frame. A few frame styles require us to keep your frame.

How long does it take to fill my prescription?

Premium products may take seven to ten business days. Our staff will inform you as soon as they arrive.

How much does it cost to adjust glasses?

Coeur d’Alene Optical and Post Falls Optical do not charge to adjust glasses regardless of where they were purchased.

Can you repair my frames?

We are able to do repairs on many frame styles. Bring them in and let us see what we can do to help.

What insurance plans do you accept?

We are contracted with Vision Service Plan (VSP) and Blue Cross Medicare Advantage. If you have another insurance, our insurance specialist on site is available to discuss your options with you.

Do you warranty your work?

Coeur d’Alene Optical and Post Falls Optical have a satisfaction guarantee for 60 days from original order. We will happily refund or exchange any purchase within that time. We also warranty all frames (prescription and non-prescription sunglasses) for one year against breakage. The return of damaged parts is required and glass lenses are excluded. Scratch resistant coatings on plastic lenses are warranted for a one year. There is a one-time exchange against scratching and breakage. We offer a 20% second pair discount for one year but it cannot be combined with other discounts.
