The Front Desk is where your eye care starts! We are here (in both our Coeur d'Alene and our Post Falls Offices) to assist you with whatever eye care needs you have. Our highly trained and technically skilled staff is here to answer your calls, confirm your appointments, and direct you to other departments in our clinic.

As technicians we are well trained and trusted by our physicians to perform these tests for you. Our physicians sponsor and encourage us to continue our education and become nationally certified through JCAHPO (Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology).
