Patient Service Representative – Optical

Provides quality customer service to Coeur d’Alene Optical patients in the check in and check out process. Works closely with optical staff and providers to ensure patient visits are processed in a timely manner. Implements policies and protocols for Coeur d’Alene Optical.

The Ophthalmic Assistant performs several duties including preparing patients for the physician for a variety of appointment types.  This position requires a significant amount of multitasking and the ability to prioritize tasks appropriately.  A team mentality with a willingness to help whenever needed is a must.

NCLE Contact Lens Technician

The Contact Lens Technician will review and understand medical chart notes. Design, measure, and fit contact lens. He/she will teach insertion and removal and care of contacts to patient; assist in determining best contact lens option for patients’ medical needs and lifestyle; and work with labs to create contact lens.
