Open Positions
Accountant
The Accountant is responsible for assisting the Director of Finance with the entering of A/P, credit card receipts, expense reports and other financial information into QuickBooks for each of the six entities of the organization. This position also collaborates in the processing of biweekly and monthly payrolls to ensure all transactions are recorded properly and accurately. In addition, the Accountant will assist in the monthly close process, reporting and reconciliations.
Medical Billing Specialist
This position requires knowledge of medical office billing processes, insurance contracts, physician billing for insurance and cash pay patients and overall knowledge of the billing office processes and procedures. Provide exceptional customer service and teamwork to those around you. Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and demands, on time and in a calm manner.
Janitor
The Janitor will provide daily cleaning and disinfection of all North Idaho Eye Institute clinics as well as the surgical suite and laser center under the supervision of the Janitor Supervisor.
Certified Ophthalmic Assistant
The Ophthalmic Assistant performs several duties including preparing patients for the physician for a variety of appointment types. This position requires a significant amount of multitasking and the ability to prioritize tasks appropriately. A team mentality with a willingness to help whenever needed is a must.
Optician
This position performs several duties including design, measure, order, dispense, fit and adapt lenses and frames for patients according to written optical prescription or specification. This position requires a significant amount of multitasking and the ability to prioritize tasks appropriately. A team mentality with a willingness to help wherever needed is a must.

NCLE Contact Lens Technician
The Contact Lens Technician will review and understand medical chart notes. Design, measure, and fit contact lens. He/she will teach insertion and removal and care of contacts to patient; assist in determining best contact lens option for patients’ medical needs and lifestyle; and work with labs to create contact lens.
