Patient Services Representative
As a Patient Services Representative, you will provide quality customer service to all North Idaho Eye Institute patients during the check-in and check-out process. You will work closely with Ophthalmic Technicians and Providers to ensure patient visits are processed in a timely manner. Implementation of policies and protocols for North Idaho Eye Institute.
As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the business office. This position requires knowledge of medical office billing processes, insurance contracts, physician billing for insurance and cash pay patients and overall knowledge of the billing office processes and procedures. Provide exceptional customer service and teamwork to those around you. Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and demands, on time and in a calm manner.
PRN Licensed Nurse Peri-Operative
Responsible for admission of the patient prior to surgery to include a nursing assessment, patient teaching, evaluation of laboratory work, and pre-op medication administration if necessary.
PRN Registered Nurse Peri-Operative
A Registered Nurse professional who organizes and directs the day –to – day operations of the operating room. The supervisor is responsible for facilitating and directing the quality of care of all surgery patients. Participates with the owners and governing body of the surgery center to assure the provision of quality of care.
